Applications open: Property Point’s 2025 Enterprise Development Programme

Applications for Property Point’s 2025 Enterprise Development Programme are open.

Open until the 1st of August 2025, the programme focuses on driving economic transformation, job creation, and SME growth by calling on 100 high-potential small businesses in Gauteng and the Western Cape.

Since its launch in 2008, it has supported over 524 black- and women-owned small businesses, having boasted a 76% programme graduation rate with the creation of over 3 000 permanent jobs while advancing inclusive and sustainable development across the property sector.

5 out of 7 SA SMEs potentially fail within their first year of business and coupled with an increasing youth unemployment rate (currently at 46.1%), the Enterprise Development Programme links high-potential entrepreneurs to real market opportunities by offering tailored mentorship, access to funding opportunities, and critical business development support.

Eligible businesses (who are not part of another incubation programme) must be 51% black owned, having been in operation for at least two years (with references and previous contracts) and who show clear potential for growth and scalability:

  • Electrical
  • Plumbing
  • Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC)
  • Generators
  • Wast management
  • Fire services

  • Landscaping

Participating SMEs will receive:
