South Africa’s office vacancy rate improved to 13.3% during Q2 2025 – the lowest level since Q4 2020 according to SAPOA’s Office Vacancy Survey.

Of the 54 nodes surveyed, the vacancy rate improved in 30 and deteriorated in 17 while the remaining nodes recorded no change when compared to the previous quarter.
